Description

A senior dentist with a large, established practice requires an exceptional dental assistant with a proven background in complex cosmetic dental cases.

This assistant must have both the artistic eye and the artistic hands to complete the preparation phases necessary to develop and deliver a top-quality product. Periodontal and prosthetic training is essential.

The right candidate will have familiarity with photography and social media skills necessary to both capture and record the cosmetic case process, as well as contribute to the doctor’s social media presence and advertising campaigns.

Lastly, this candidate will demonstrate first-rate attention to detail related to case management and organization, in service of the best possible patient experience.

This is not an entry-level position. It is a position for an experienced professional who will learn and anticipate the doctor’s requirements chairside, and who takes personal ownership of the quality of the finished result.

Requirements

Assist chairside on complex cosmetic and prosthetic cases, anticipating the doctor’s needs before being asked.
Capture and maintain professional clinical photography documenting each phase of the cosmetic case process.
Help Marketing with the doctor’s social media presence and support advertising campaigns using approved case documentation.
Complete the artistic preparation phases required to develop and deliver a high-quality finished product.
Own case management and organization — sequencing, lab coordination, materials, and records — so nothing falls through.
Guide the patient through the case experience with the level of care and communication a cosmetic case demands.
