Ensure all quality documentation is uploaded to required project management systems and satisfies contract requirements
Maintain quality dashboards, KPIs, punch list tracking logs, and project metrics to provide leadership with clear visibility into quality performance
Partner with commissioning and operations teams to ensure systems are ready for pre-functional, functional, and integrated systems testing
Drive punch list closure and turnover readiness assessments to support operational acceptance milestones
Lead quality-focused coordination meetings with construction managers, project engineers, general contractors, commissioning managers, design teams, and operations personnel
Escalate quality issues that pose risks to safety, schedule, reliability, or turnover milestones with appropriate urgency and documentation
