Description
Responsibilities:- Construct and master decision-making frameworks to assist the Business President in formulating both tactical and long-term strategic maneuvers.
- Lead deep-dive market analysis, user research, and competitive product benchmarking within the Wealth Management (WM) and Insurance sectors.
- Bridge the gap between data and action. Identify core business issues through rigorous logic and drive consensus across complex, cross-functional teams.
- Primarily look after the Hong Kong market while maintaining active communication channels with international counterparts.
- Act as the initial strategic architect with the mandate to build and scale a
- dedicated BI team as the business matures.
Rquirements:
- At least 10-15 years of experience in the financial industry. Candidates from Tier-1 strategic consulting (agency side) or corporate strategy (client side) is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Wealth Management and Insurance market sectors.
- High data sensitivity and the ability to design sophisticated business models.
- Proactive communicator. Proficiency in English is essential. Understanding of Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience in international environments (HK, Singapore, etc.) is highly valued.
- Willingness to travel from time to time to align with regional headquarters.
