Globe Life Liberty National Division is looking for motivated, competitive, and career-driven individuals to join our team as Insurance Producers.

What You'll Do

As an Insurance Producer, you will:

• Meet face-to-face with prospective clients and businesses
• Build relationships with individuals, business owners, and decision-makers
• Conduct professional insurance presentations
• Educate clients on available life and supplemental insurance products
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients
• Develop and manage your own book of business
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training
• Work toward individual and team production goals
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service

Licensing

This position requires an applicable state insurance license. Candidates who are not currently licensed may be provided guidance regarding the licensing process before beginning insurance sales activities.
