Description

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies.
• Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware, and equipment
• Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
• Collects payment for drinks served; Greets and provides immediate attention to guests
• Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service.
• Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
• Prepares garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks; Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned
• Adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
• Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

• 1-2 years of bartending experience
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
• Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes
• Must have strong customer/guest orientation
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be dependable

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year of bartending experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol .
• This position is expected to be around 25-35 hours per week
• Depending on the week, a server can make anywhere from $22 - $45 per hour (including hourly + gratuity).
• Our property is generally closed on Monday's - open for special events.

• Possesses knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
• Alcohol Awareness Training.
