The Department of Environmental Studies at the University of Colorado Boulder invites applications for the Byers Family Chair in Environmental Studies (due November 15). The successful candidate will be appointed to a tenured position at the rank of Associate or Full Professor and will receive supplemental support for teaching, research, and engagement.

The research area is open, and we encourage candidates from the social sciences, natural sciences, and humanities to apply. We seek a scholar with an innovative interdisciplinary environmental research program, a record of leading and contributing to successful cross-disciplinary collaborations, and an emphasis on solutions-oriented scholarship with strong applications to policy and practice.
