- Associate Attorney for Consumer Class Action and Mass Arbitration
Description
About Janove PLLC. We are a plaintiff-side law firm specializing in class actions and mass arbitration. We hold large companies to account, using creative and aggressive legal strategies to redress violations of consumer protection and privacy laws.
We’re a small, high-trust team that works together constantly. We keep high standards for pace and quality of work, but always with a purpose. We laugh a lot and enjoy the work and our place in it. This is a place where you’ll own your cases, argue your own motions, and work directly alongside the managing attorney from day one — not spend years on discrete pieces of someone else’s work.
The Associate Attorney Role. We’re seeking an attorney with 2-4 years of litigation experience to join our growing team. (Exceptional candidates outside this range will be considered.) You’ll work directly with the managing attorney to develop and run class action and mass arbitration cases. You will touch every part of our litigation cycle, from case generation through briefing, discovery, depositions, attending hearings, arguing motions, and trial preparation. Over time, you’ll be expected to independently manage your own docket of cases.
The salary is between $140,000 and $170,000, commensurate with experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
