Rinke Noonan seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Agricultural Water & Environmental Law practice. Recent law graduates, bar candidates, and experienced attorneys are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in water, wetland, drainage, environmental, conservation, easement, and land-use matters.
• Assist with regulatory, administrative, transactional, and litigation matters.
• Work directly with clients, government entities, and technical professionals.

Qualifications:

• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Interest in agriculture, environmental law, natural resources, or water management.
• Licensed or eligible for admission in Minnesota and North Dakota; candidates awaiting bar results will be considered.
