Overview

In the mid-1990s, Edward L. Gaylord, former owner of the Oklahoma Publishing Company, selected a parcel of his family's farm land to transform into a grand, Old World style clubhouse, golf course and community that would rival any in the Midwest. The Gaillardia development includes more than 250 acres of golf course, 240 acres of residential homes and 66 acres of perimeter business and commercial property.

Gaillardia Country Club is an 18-hole private facility. The club has approximately 26,000 rounds a year with member and guest play, member events, and outings.

There is great growth opportunites through Concert Golf Partners with 41 clubs currently and growing.

We are offering one weekend off per month during the peak-season, with additional time off opportunites during slow-season.

Experience Required

Gaillardia is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional that has some work experience in the golf industry with a preference in private club experience.

The position will work closesly with the professional staff team on a daily basis. The canidate should be friendly, outgoing, and have the ability to work well with others. The job requires an upbeat tempo with a desiere to continually educate and learn. The canidate should have a strong desire in junior golf programming.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist with management of the daily operations providing a high level of servive to members and their guests.
• Assist with junior golf programs as well as adult programming.
• Coordinate member and outside events
• Assist with managment of outside staff
• Teach lessons
• Experienced in Golf Genius
