Overview

The position will assist with the management of daily golf operations including managing and tracking play, assisting in supervising outside golf staff, assisting with all merchandizing functions, managing tournaments, and providing other professional services to ensure an exceptional golf experience.

Experience Required

Preferred

• PGA Associate or interest in pursuing PGA Membership.
• Minimum two years of golf operations experience.
• Knowledge of ForeTees, Jonas Club Software, and GHIN preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member and guest service.
• Manage daily golf shop operations.
• Coordinate tee sheet management utilizing ForeTees.
• Assist with tournament operations from setup through scoring.
• Supervise outside golf operations and ensure efficient pace of play.
• Coordinate with starters and rangers to maximize the member experience.
• Merchandise golf shop inventory and maintain attractive retail displays.
• Assist with special events, member programming, and club promotions.
• Maintain accurate handicap administration utilizing GHIN.
• Process daily financial transactions and reconciliation.
• Support instruction programs and player development when applicable.
• Maintain professional presentation of the golf shop and practice facilities.
