We are seeking an experienced and strategic AE - EPMO Lead to join our AE - Digital Platforms & EPMO department. In this role, you will lead the EPMO team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project management practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving digital initiatives and optimizing project delivery processes, ultimately enhancing our overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the EPMO team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
• Develop and implement EPMO best practices and standards, ensuring alignment with industry trends and digital transformation goals.
• Oversee project portfolio management, including prioritization, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
• Facilitate project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Implement project management tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide constructive feedback to project teams, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of projects with business operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and project management methodologies.
• Mentor and develop EPMO team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives and a deep understanding of technology trends.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry practices.
