Experience Required

Ideal candidates will possess:

• PGA Associate or PGA Member preferred
• Passion for hospitality and member service
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience with golf operations software preferred
• Tournament operations experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a collaborative team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule during the golf season

Essential Responsibilities

The Assistant Golf Professional will play an integral role in the daily operation of the golf program, including:

• Delivering exceptional service to members and guests
• Managing daily golf shop operations
• Coordinating and administering tournaments and member events
• Providing golf instruction to players of all skill levels
• Assisting with merchandising, inventory control, and displays
• Supporting outside operations and ensuring a seamless golf experience
• Maintaining tee sheet integrity and pace of play
• Building strong relationships with members through consistent engagement
• Assisting with junior golf, ladies' golf, and member programming
• Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality
