Our firm is family owned and operated, and every person we bring into our firm has quickly become part of the family. We deal with many high-conflict, emotionally driven cases, and this means that taking care of our employees is equally important to taking care of our clients.
We recognize hard work, and with more than just words. Our pay is competitive and we have a full benefits package. This includes 100% employer-covered healthcare for employees, with elective vision and dental. We also offer life insurance, short term disability, company matched 401k, paid government holidays, and paid time off. We share our profits with all employees paid in monthly bonuses.

Our firm was formed in 2020 with just three attorneys and endless determination. As our reputation continued to grow, so did the demand for our services beyond Maine’s borders. We’ve expanded thoughtfully and deliberately, bringing on talented attorneys from other states who share the same grounded values we were built on. Each new addition strengthens our ability to serve clients nationwide, while our culture remains firmly anchored in honesty, integrity, and the work ethic that defines our firm.
