Underwriting Wave outsources underwriting sales for a dozen PBS and NPR stations around the country. And the list is growing. We specialize in servicing small- and medium-sized markets.
Our unique sales model allows stations to sell underwriting much more efficiently than the traditional in-house rep model, reducing costs and generating new business.
As an Underwriting Wave sales rep, you can expect to host multiple online sales meetings every day. Each meeting will be with a warm lead. You will rep multiple stations across multiple time zones. You will also be responsible for renewals at the stations you rep, but you will have an admin to handle most of the processing tasks like sending contracts, gathering spot elements, coordinating production, etc.
Some travel may be necessary, but you are free to schedule the travel when it works for you.
