Description
Accounting Transfer Solutions, LLC (ATS) is seeking an experienced Grants Management Specialist to support a pending federal grants management contract involving museum and library grant programs. The selected individual will support the administration of federal grant programs by:
Reviewing and processing grant applications for completeness and compliance with federal requirements. Monitoring active grant awards to ensure recipient compliance with applicable regulations and award conditions. Performing pre-award and post-award grant administration activities, including budget reviews, award modifications, and closeout activities. Reviewing financial and performance reports and communicating with grant recipients regarding grant administration issues. Maintaining grant files and records within electronic grants management systems. Conducting data analysis and quality assurance reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of grant records. Assisting with the preparation of grant recommendations, correspondence, and administrative documentation. Supporting museum and/or library grant operations in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200 and applicable federal policies and procedures.

Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years of experience processing grant applications and monitoring federal grant awards in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200. Familiarity with museum and/or library grant programs or operations, including experience supporting museums, libraries, archives, cultural institutions, or similar organizations. Experience administering grants throughout the full grant lifecycle, including pre-award, award administration, post-award monitoring, and closeout. Knowledge of federal grant regulations, policies, and procedures, including cost principles and administrative requirements under 2 CFR Part 200. Experience using electronic grants management systems (e.g., eGMS, GrantSolutions, or similar) preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and electronic document management systems. Bachelor's degree preferred in museum studies, library science, public administration, business administration, arts, humanities, or a related field.
