Title Insurance Company looking for a title reader/clearance officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have minimum of 5 years recent experience working in NY as a title reader/clearance officer.
Title reader/clearance are the main duties but you will assist with the entire process from ordering the title abstract to post closing. Experience using E-Closing is a plus but will train the right individual if necessary. This a remote position which offers flexible hours but it is a full time position. The pay is $50K per year.
