Job Details

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury defense cases, ensuring that all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to gather all pertinent information and evidence related to each case.
• Develop and implement robust defense strategies, tailored to the specific circumstances of each case.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, presenting clear and compelling arguments in their defense.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents, ensuring that all legal advice provided is accurate and current.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates on the progress of their case and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
• Collaborate with other members of the legal team, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our firm.
  
  Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Defense Attorney.
• Proven track record in civil litigation and negotiation.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
