Description

CARNEY BADLEY SPELLMAN, as mid-size downtown Seattle law firm, seeks a construction associate attorney with 2-3 years of experience with an emphasis on construction disputes involving lien and bond claims, as well as claims associated with schedule delay and scope changes.  Experience should include legal research, writing, and analysis; motion practice; drafting written discovery and general experience with the e-discovery process; and review and analysis of construction contracts.  Additional experience preferred by not required includes taking and defending depositions, as well as arbitration and/or trial. Other credentials include top academic record, demonstration of quality communication skills, ability to work on a team while being self-motivated, and a passion for excellent client service.
