An opportunity has arisen at PhysioAthletica in Gordon for a motivated early career physiotherapist to work closely with two highly experienced musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapists.
This role is ideal for a near new graduate or physiotherapist with some experience who wants to build strong foundations in pathology recognition, diagnosis and comprehensive hands on treatment and planning.
You will initially work side by side with senior clinicians, learning how to assess complex presentations and develop effective evidence based treatment programs. As your skills and confidence grow, you will gradually transition into managing your own caseload independently.

Access to a hydrotherapy pool

We also have a strong women’s health focus, utilising a specialised French-developed pelvic floor rehabilitation system.
The Role You will treat a broad and varied caseload including:
Musculoskeletal and sports injuries
Post-operative rehabilitation
Women’s health
DVA, WorkCover, CTP and Medicare clients
Hydrotherapy-based rehabilitation
This is a salaried position with flexible working hours from 30-38 hours. Typical hours are 9am–5pm, with the potential for Saturday mornings (7am–1pm) by agreement.
Requirements
Essential:
Current AHPRA registration
Australian Physiotherapy degree
APA membership
Professional indemnity insurance
SIRA certification (or willingness to obtain)\
Australian citizenship or permanent residency
Desirable:
Interest or experience in women’s health
Post-operative rehabilitation experience
