Develop, implement, and maintain technical QA/QC systems, standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating construction precision, accuracy, and reliability. Review engineering designs to incorporate quality requirements.
Audit and validate contractors' QA/QC plans, quality documentation, and execution against latest IFC drawings. Review quality records, issue and track NCRs to closure, and perform incremental inspections to confirm installations meet specifications.
Serve as focal point for quality-related matters, with excellent familiarity with project scope and drawings. Escalate issues to Project Manager as needed. Support mock-ups, attend joint QC walk-downs with Owners, and coordinate with core team and contractors.
Support Design Verification (DV) Process and start-up/commissioning quality issues. Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving, track defect rectification to timely closure, and provide quality training to subcontractors.
Summarize, categorize, and analyze quality inspection data; generate reports for supervision and improvement. Capture lessons learned from completed projects and identify continuous improvement opportunities throughout the process.
Qualifications

8年以上半导体行业工作经验,其中至少5年施工QA/QC安装经验.
具备多专业半导体项目管理经验者优先.
熟悉项目控制机制,具备商业和技术风险评估能力.
优秀的沟通,表达和协调能力,能够调动咨询方和承包商的积极性.
具有团队合作精神,积极主动.
中英文流利(书面及口语)优先.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or related field.
8-10 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry, including at least 5 years in construction QA/QC installation.
Demonstrated experience in managing multi-disciplined semiconductor projects.
Proficient in project control mechanisms, with commercial and technical risk assessment capabilities.
Strong communication, visualization, and coordination skills; able to motivate consultants and contractors.
Collaborative, proactive team player.
Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) preferred.
