$100,000 Sign-On Bonus
$280,000+ Base Salary (Tiered structure; 5+ years' experience starts at max tier)
$10,000 Annual Quality Bonus
$20/hr Shift Differential for nights and weekends
$301,200+ Total Annual Value (Includes base, quality bonus, and employer retirement contributions)
