We offer full benefits because we hire you as W-2 statutory employee. Benefits also include a Defined Benefit Plan (“Old School Pension”). We will also pay for all your licenses (i.e. L&H, Series 6, 7, 63, 66), and for your designations (CFP, CLU, ChFC).

Compensation Structure:
While we offer some stipends, bonuses, and Training allowance, most of your compensation will be ). To give you an idea, the four-year rolling average during the training program is $137,048 (years 1-4), and $618,811on average 5+ years. What’s the catch? The first few years will be tough as you’re learning the business and studying to pass the exams. But the trade-off is that you get to define what success looks like.
Requirements
Education & Licensing
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain required licenses and certifications (e.g., L&H, Series 6, 7, 63, 66, CFP, CLU, ChFC). The firm will cover all licensing and designation costs.
Experience & Background
- Sales experience, client-facing experience, or a strong interest in financial advisory and business development.
- Leadership experience (e.g., team lead, military service, collegiate athletics) is preferred.
- Candidates with a J.D., Ivy League education, or other standout academic accomplishments are a plus.
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to manage competing priorities during the training and business-building phases.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
Work Status & Location
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require future visa sponsorship.
- Willingness to relocate to New York, NY and work in-person at the office prior to starting (relocation required).
- Reliable commute/ability to be onsite as required.
Schedule & Commitment
- Full-time role. Schedule may vary to meet client and business needs (not strictly Monday–Friday 8-hour shifts).
- Commitment to studying for and passing licensing exams during the training period.
- Long-term commitment to building a career in wealth management and serving clients.
