Description
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging environment?As a Wealth Management Account Opening Analyst within the Wealth Management team, you will review client onboarding requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. You will succeed in this role by learning the organization, developing strong partnerships to resolve issues, and staying current with all procedural and regulatory changes related to the account opening process.
Job responsibilities:
- Understand the required documents/information and processes to onboard client accounts.
- Partner with key business stakeholders, client-facing teams, and other internal groups to review required legal documents and associated information to meet all regulatory and internal policies.
- Review data integrity for client due diligence, including coordinating the participation of stakeholders who have account opening responsibilities.
- Serve as a control point for account opening approvals, reporting issues for designated clients.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail while meeting team productivity goals.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or equivalent military experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to learn new or unfamiliar subject matter quickly.
- Proactive approach to researching questions and/or contacting subject matter experts.
- Strong client focus and ability to partner with various internal groups and client coverage.
- Independent and self-motivated, with an ability to adapt in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet fixed deadlines.
- Strong risk and controls awareness.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience within financial services, operational, or compliance fields.
- Client Onboarding and/or documentation analysis experience.
- Ability to identify and escalate issues where appropriate.
- Ability to successfully navigate a complex infrastructure with numerous groups and individuals.
- Demonstrated experience as a key contributing member of a high-performing organization.

- Shift Schedule: Night / Graveyard
- Work Setup: Full Time Onsite
