Hill Ward Henderson, an AV-rated Tampa law firm, seeks a highly experienced Transactional Tax Attorney to join its Corporate and Tax Group.

Requirements

Candidates should have substantial experience advising on the tax aspects of complex transactions, including M&A, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, financings, private equity transactions, and equity investments. Strong expertise in U.S. federal income tax, including partnership and corporate tax planning, is required.

The ideal candidate is a mid to senior level attorney with a practical, business-oriented approach.  This position offers direct client responsibility and regular collaboration with deal teams.  Preferred credentials include an LL.M. in Taxation, CPA designation, or experience at a large law firm or accounting firm.

No portable book of business is required. Remote arrangements will be considered. The position offers sophisticated work, immediate responsibility, excellent compensation and benefits, and a partnership opportunity or clear path to partnership, depending on experience.
