Description
Technical Product Manager (Long Beach, CA) – Remote position within the United States. (multiple positions).
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and prioritize technical product requirements for software development, ensuring a deep understanding of the needs of software developers, technology trends, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry; owning, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog; accessing impact of defects on software development results; managing communications to ensure stakeholders are informed of software development ROI, investment planning, changes, and execution progress across the program; working with engineering, solution architecture, domain SMEs, and healthcare professionals to drive product development, ensuring timely delivery of high impact solutions; acting as liaison between business partners and technology organization, for software development; developing and communicating product strategy that aligns with the company’s mission with consideration to both provider and payer perspectives in the healthcare ecosystem; facilitating solution design and development and backlog grooming sessions, as well as daily scrum, print planning, and iteration reviews; collaborating with design teams to ensure the development of intuitive, user-friendly healthcare products; and Facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Remote position within the United States.
Salary: $161,200 to $181,200 per year.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent Computer Engineering, Project Management, or related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position in the healthcare industry. Also requires two (2) years of experience in the healthcare field for each of the following: 1) payer-provider relationships and data interoperability to develop value-driven products that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency in the value-based healthcare industry; 2) Agile Project Management for software development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative product delivery; 3) SQL (Structured Query Language) for data analysis, querying healthcare datasets, and supporting product decision-making; 4) using Figma or equivalent UI/UX tools for designing and prototyping intuitive user interfaces for healthcare applications; and 5) using Jira or similar Agile tools for issue tracking, sprint management, and cross-functional collaboration.
