Job Description: Seeking a seasoned Automation & Engineering Lead with 20+ years of experience in leading large-scale Quality Engineering, Test Automation, Platform Engineering, and Digital Transformation initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for defining enterprise automation strategy, driving engineering excellence, establishing scalable automation frameworks, and leading high-performing global teams across complex technology portfolios. This role requires strong stakeholder management, executive communication, innovation leadership, and a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through automation and modernization.
Responsibilities Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise-wide Automation and Engineering initiatives, aligning technology investments with business objectives to accelerate digital transformation and deliver measurable outcomes. Drive the adoption of Shift-Left Testing, Continuous Quality Engineering, AI-assisted testing, intelligent automation, and modern engineering practices to improve release velocity, software quality, operational efficiency, and platform resiliency. Establish scalable governance frameworks, operating models, engineering standards, KPIs, and best practices that promote consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. Spearhead large-scale transformation programs focused on increasing automation coverage, reducing manual effort, optimizing costs, and enhancing customer experience through innovative solutions. Champion the adoption of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous testing, to create a future-ready engineering ecosystem. Collaborate closely with business, technology, product, risk, and executive stakeholders to develop strategic roadmaps, secure sponsorship, and deliver sustainable value through modernization, innovation, and engineering excellence.
Requirements - Education- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications if any - Test Automation related, PMP certification
