Russell C. Simon, the Chapter 13 Trustee, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Manager to oversee, maintain, and optimize our core business systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on approach to ensuring reliable system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot business software systems and related infrastructure
• Develop, optimize, and support SQL queries, stored procedures, and database integrations
• Create, modify, and maintain Crystal Reports to support business operations
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance system functionality
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and documentation
• Ensure data integrity, security, and efficient system workflows
• Provide user support and training as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Proven experience as a System Manager, System Administrator, or similar technical role
• Strong proficiency in SQL (query writing, database design concepts, performance tuning)
• Experience with Crystal Reports development and maintenance
• Solid understanding of network and server fundamentals
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
