What You'll Do
As a Survey Helper, you'll support the survey crew on active construction sites. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are built accurately and safely.
Assist with layout, staking, and grade verification
Hold prism poles, grade rods, and measuring tools
Set stakes, hubs, and markers for construction layout
Help mark elevations, slopes, and alignment points
Support roadway, utility, and earthwork surveying
Load, transport, and maintain survey equipment
Follow all safety procedures and attend daily briefings
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong work ethic and desire to learn a skilled trade
Ability to work early mornings, overtime, and occasional weekends
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work on uneven terrain
Work in active construction zones and varying weather conditions
