What You Will Be Doing

FootJoy is looking for a hands-on Social Content Creator to shape and elevate our brand across all social platforms. This role blends strategy and creation-developing the long-term vision for our social ecosystem while producing high-quality, platform-native content that engages golfers and strengthens brand equity.

We're seeking a true golfer who understands the culture, moments, and mindset of the game. You'll lead ideation, production, editing, publishing, and community management, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, PR, and external partners to bring FootJoy's brand narrative to life.

• Create, shoot, edit, and publish compelling social content (photo, video, reels, carousels, captions).
• Write sharp, on-brand copy and capture real-time moments at events and shoots.
• Lead and execute the global social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Manage the social content calendar and build smart distribution plans.
• Track performance, analyze insights, and optimize content for growth.
• Engage with our community via comments, DMs, and mentions to build an active FJ Insider audience.

What You Bring

• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years managing all aspects of social content creation-from concepting through publishing-preferably within consumer lifestyle, fashion, or sport.
• End-to-end creator: concept, design, shoot, edit, and publish original content.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating sharp writing and visually compelling, scroll‑stopping creative.
• Expert in Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, with deep understanding of trends, features, and platform best practices.
• Clear point of view on social marketing, engagement, and audience growth.
• Ability to produce high-quality content independently from start to finish.
• Quick, culturally fluent thinker-especially within golf culture.
• Passion for sport (ideally golf) and brand-building.
• Able to work full-time in the Boston area, with 3+ in-office days per week.
• Ability to travel and be on-site for shoots, events, and content capture as needed.

Pay Range: $83,117.00-$103,714.00
