The Team - your impact

As Senior PM/PMO - Test Manager (f/m/d) you will be taking over a key role in E.ON's digital transformation programs with responsibility for planning, steering and monitoring of all test activities to empower us on our way towards a digital-first energy company.

Your Role - meaningful & rewarding

• Manage projects end-to-end, including governance, dependencies, escalations, and budget
• Define and implement test management strategies and governance for efficient workflows, decision-making, and stakeholder communication
• Lead and coordinate the testing team, including external partners, using established frameworks and processes
• Serve as the central point of contact for all testing activities and align with teams and senior stakeholders
• Ensure quality assurance and audit conformity standards within the program
• Assess testing risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
• Drive test automation through suitable tools and contribute to continuous improvement of E.ON's testing frameworks and strategies

Your Profile - authentic & open-minded

• Degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Several years of experience in digital technology projects, covering test and project management
• Strong consulting, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in cross-functional teams and managing external partners
• Advanced knowledge of test management methods and tools (e.g., JIRA, Solution Manager, Spira)
• Experience in designing and implementing test automation solutions
• Fluent in English and German, spoken and written
• Willingness to travel at least 40%
