Senior Payroll Opportunity in a Global Organisation based in Perth Your new company
An experienced Senior Payroll Officer is required to join a well-established organisation based in Perth. This role will suit a payroll professional who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes ownership of accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing.
You will play a key role in managing end-to-end payroll activities while supporting the wider finance and HR teams.

Your new role

• End-to-end processing of payroll in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensuring compliance with relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and legislation
• Be the first point of contact for the Payroll Officers in the team.
• Managing payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data
• Processing leave, superannuation, PAYG, and payroll adjustments
• Supporting payroll reporting and reconciliations

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a senior payroll position
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and statutory requirements
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
• Confident communication skills and a collaborative working style
