Key skillset
• Overall 8+ years working experience in auditing/accounting/ FP&A, with minimum 4-year experience in Finance BP or FP&A role in businesses with complex product range in retail/ FMCG industry;
• Excellent data analytical skills and business/commercial sense;
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of pushing topics within complex stakeholder structure;
• Able to work and deliver under stress
• Proven experience as a finance partner embedded within Buying or Commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of B2C retail dynamics, category management, pricing strategies, and key drivers of profitability. Key Responsibilities Functional controlling (incl. planning, business target setting, forecasting) for Buying and Commercial related topics (e.g. Pricing investment, commercial plan) Business analysis, insights consolidation and interpretation for management decision making.
