Your new role

• Oversee full-spectrum finance operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Manage treasury activities, including banking relationships, liquidity management, FX, and treasury products
• Manage and coordinate KYC requirements in close collaboration with banks, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate audit processes, including liaison with external auditors and preparation of audit schedules.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of management accounts and statutory reports
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to principals and senior management

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA / ACCA / equivalent preferred
• 12+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably with exposure to family offices, investment firms, or financial institutions
• Strong audit background with solid technical accounting knowledge
• Practical experience in treasury products and bank operations
• Highly hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing day-to-day finance operations independently.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin
