Job Description

As a Senior Dealer, you will be responsible for managing trading strategies, executing orders, and optimizing market positions while effectively managing risk. Your expertise in utilizing platforms such as MT4, MT5 Terminal will be crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of trades and achieving the company's financial goals.

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of CFDs forex and other derivatives on the MT4 and MT5 platforms.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform trading strategies and decisions.
• Proactively manage risk exposure by utilizing hedging techniques, position sizing, and stop-loss strategies.
• Monitor and manage margin levels, ensuring positions are adequately funded and meet margin requirements.
• Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to trading operations.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of the MT4 and MT5 systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Generate and analyze trading reports to track performance and identify trends.
• Ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Work closely with other departments, including compliance and IT, to enhance trading operations.
• Monitor and manage margin levels, ensuring positions are adequately funded and meet margin requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Dealer should have:

• 5 years of Senior-level experience as a derivatives dealer with a strong focus on CFDs, Forex and risk management.
• Proven experience in managing and executing trades in a fast-paced, high-volume trading environment.
• Proficiency in trading platforms MT4, MT5 Terminal, & One Zero.
• Strong knowledge of market analysis, including technical and fundamental factors that impact the trading environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk effectively, using risk management tools and techniques.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, ever-changing market.
