Jacksonville is a strategic growth market for RS&H. We're seeking a Senior Architect who is excited to take on a visible leadership role—helping expand our regional presence, mentor talented designers, and deepen trusted client relationships across Northeast Florida.
About the Opportunity
- Play a leadership role in growing RS&H's Building Architecture and Design Service Group
- Work across Corporate, Aerospace, Healthcare, and Science & Technology markets

What You'll Do
This is a highly visible role that blends design leadership, mentorship, and client engagement.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, interior designers, and engineers
- Serve as a trusted advisor to our regional and national clients
- Drive design excellence from concept through construction
- Mentor and develop junior architects and designers
- Champion BIM and emerging design technologies to enhance project delivery
- Oversee drawings, specifications, and design documentation
- Conduct design analysis, site studies, and cost evaluations
- Perform quality control reviews and ensure key milestones are met
- Participate in field observations and construction administration
- Partner with Project Managers on budgeting, scheduling, and staffing
- Support business development through proposals, interviews, and presentations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (NAABaccredited)
- Licensed Architect (RA)
- 10 + years of architectural design experience; 15+ years of experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships
- Passion for mentoring and developing emerging talent
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- A creative, solutionoriented mindset
