Kastle's integrated security solution, including access control, video, and remote video monitoring, significantly reduces costs and improves the critically important 24x7 performance for building owners, developers and tenants. Sales Engineers at Kastle Systems design, quote, and support the Sales and Project Management teams for electronic security system infrastructure that keeps Kastle System's clients safe. This role works with the Sales team to help design security solutions, including Access Control, Video Surveillance, and Visitor Management. Candidate's task is responding to Security Bid Specifications and Construction drawings. Additional responsibilities include working with using our quote generator tool to accurately scope and price customized solutions. The Sales Engineer works to coordinate the installation of the project with Project Management/Installation teams.
Responsibilities
- Supports new office builds and installation projects by conducting site assessments, designing security systems to mitigate threats + risks and to ensure these installations are completed to Kastle System standards
- Interfaces with Kastle sales and customers to develop solutions and win business
- Product line expert
- Works cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure IT, Operations, and Client Services to ensure the clients expectations are met
- Uses hands-on field experience to ensure that the systems designed, can be effectively installed, and maintained
- Works under the direction of the President of the region
