Account Executive Full Time Sales Colorado Springs, CO Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $55,000.00 Annually Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering strategic solutions that meet customer needs. Base salary plus uncapped Monthly Commission. Total compensation potential: $75,000 - $90,000 Annually. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Prospect and acquire new clients in the real estate, automotive and recruitment verticals through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold outreach. Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand business needs and recommend appropriate advertising, digital marketing, or service solutions. Manage a sales pipeline, including forecasting and reporting, using CRM tools. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual value for clients and the company. Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular touchpoints, performance reviews, and upselling opportunities. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market shifts in the real estate and automotive sectors. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer success) to ensure client success and satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales; experience with real estate or auto accounts is highly preferred. 2+ years of outside sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Willingness to travel within assigned territory. Preferred: Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising platforms, or media sales. Existing network within the real estate and/or automotive industry.
