Since our establishment in 1977, we have been a leader in the Heavy Highway, Bridge, and Sewer construction sector. We are expanding our team and are in search of experienced construction personnel to oversee and build a wide variety of public infrastructure projects. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in roadway construction, earthwork, concrete paving, bridge construction, and sewer installation. Experience working on government-funded projects is required, including projects for MODOT, MSD, municipalities, and St. Louis County Highway departments. Applicants should demonstrate strong leadership skills, the ability to supervise crews, manage schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
