Watson, Caraway, Luningham, Bradley & Trammell, LLP is a well-established, AV-Rated, civil defense litigation firm located in the DFW metroplex. Our downtown Fort Worth office has an immediate need for experienced attorneys in the areas of research and writing and litigation, with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience. The ideal candidates would have exceptional legal research and writing skills and be capable of drafting complex motions, responses to motions and legal briefs and/or be capable of handling all aspects of the litigation process including conducting written discovery, taking, and defending oral depositions, participating in hearings, preparing responsive pleadings and dispositive motions in addition to being responsible for case assessments regarding liability and damages, and management of client reporting. Associates will have the opportunity to be involved in cases of diverse subject matter and wide-ranging degrees of complexity.
