Description
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research, sector mapping, and thematic analysis across real estate and infrastructure sectors.
- Perform financial modelling, valuation, and scenario analysis for potential investments, including direct assets, operating platforms, funds, and co-investments.
- Support due diligence processes (commercial, financial, technical, legal) and coordinate external advisors.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and recommendations for the investment committee.
- Monitor portfolio performance, track KPIs, and support asset management initiatives.
- Assist in screening new mandates, partners, and managers, and maintain internal databases and documentation.
- Stay current on regional market trends, regulatory developments, and deal flow.
