Join Ali & Sons Real Estate (ASRE) - Projects Manager

ASRE manages client expectations, aligns consultants and contractors, and delivers operational excellence across its expanding project portfolio.

The role focus on leading, coordinating, and delivering multiple real estate projects from concept to handover. You will ensure projects meet scope, budget, quality, and timeline requirements, while maintaining compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory standards. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, internal stakeholders, and the PM Delivery team to drive project governance, risk management, and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Concept & Planning:

• Coordinate with consultants to develop concept designs aligned with client objectives.
• Review project briefs, define scope, high-level budgets, and indicative schedules.
• Identify early risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare technical data, fit-out scopes, and tender-ready documents.

Tender Stage:

• Review tender documents and technical specifications for completeness.
• Coordinate with procurement, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Support evaluation, contract negotiation, and award recommendations.

Pre-Construction Stage:

• Finalize IFC designs, material approvals, and baseline schedules.
• Ensure all regulatory approvals and permits are obtained.
• Conduct project kick-offs and ensure mobilization readiness.

Construction Stage:

• Direct and monitor project execution to meet design, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections, technical coordination, and risk management.
• Approve technical submissions, variations, and change orders.

Handover & Close-Out:

• Oversee commissioning, testing, and final inspections.
• Ensure completion of as-built documentation, O&M manuals, and warranties.
• Lead project close-out meetings and contribute to PMO knowledge sharing.

Skills & Tools:

• Familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit preferred
• Strong problem-solving, reporting, and decision-making capabilities
