In this pursuit, RTG serves as a catalyst for impact and growth through events, spaces and content focused on creating impact and growth across the different interactions.Robusta is a tech agency working with a diverse client base across different sectors & industries on implementing digital transformation programs. Engagements are typically focused on digitization of existing operations & processes and/or activation of digital customer engagement channels. With a team of 100+ tech and market consultants, robusta maintains an impactful footprint across EMEA and engages with its clients through its two key operations hubs in Egypt and Germany.
Position Overview
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of robusta's digital transformation programs for a diverse client base across various sectors and industries. This includes managing the digitization of existing operations and processes, as well as activating digital customer engagement channels.
As a Product Manager at robusta, you will play a vital role in driving digital innovation and ensuring successful project implementation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, conducting market research, maintaining product backlogs, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the digital transformation programs in each phase of the product life cycle, from design through to launch and analysis for clients across various sectors and industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather client requirements and translate them into product roadmaps.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and potential opportunities.
- Define product features and specifications, ensuring they align with client goals and objectives.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination between different departments.
- Drive user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product performance and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the computer software industry.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Jira, clickup, or Notion.
- Experience in managing client relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in setting and monitoring Product KPIs, using analytics tools such as GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio, etc..
- Project Management expertise; creating roadmaps, defining requirements, focusing on delivery
- Strong grasp of the English language
- High quality bar and attention to detail; ability to decide the readiness of a release, and evaluating output of cross-functional teams.
- Solid reporting ability for progress reports, CPS management, and optimization of time and costs.
