Description

• Support management of private wealth management product shelf including ongoing monitoring of products, management reporting and prospectus management
• Perform due diligence on new and existing products including conduct financial statement analysis, annual review on bond's issuers or listed company, analyze complexity of instruments and related structured products
• Monitor market trends from various sources including market research reports, trading data and investment seminars etc
• Work closely with different internal stakeholders to keep abreast of the regulatory, internal policy changes, market trend and product development to maintain competitiveness of product offerings
• Conduct analysis in relation to the full product life cycle including product design, materials and flows to ensure compliance with regulation and internal requirements
• Participate in projects related to investment products for enhancing the existing process

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in private banking or wealth management with comprehensive knowledge in products including fixed income, equity, structured products, alternative investments, OTC derivatives
• Possess strong spreadsheet skills and experience in assessing investment values from private banking perspective
• Attention to detail, ability to analyze risk and regulatory issues to products and business models
• Team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Access) and programming (VBA)
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin is beneficial
