Essential Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation process for newly sourced products, ensuring alignment with quality requirements, business metrics, and operational needs and timelines.
- Coordinate planning, configuration, and integration efforts to support successful adoption across sites and functions.
- Develop and provide training and documentation, as needed, to Buyers to promote effective usage and long-term sustainability of implemented solutions
- Act as a liaison between procurement, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth transitions from purchase to execution.
- Offer post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations as needed.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, consumption trends, supplier performance and forecast accuracy to ensure inventory systems and processes align with business needs.
- Support the development and implementation of processes that drive continuous improvement in inventory management and cost performance.
- Assist in identifying and implementing business solutions and setting operational targets to optimize inventory performance, controll costs, and improve procurement and sourcing throughput.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain solutions teams to assess future initiatives that may require significant inventory investment. Build cash flow analysis and make recommendations to business leaders.
- Drive strategic sourcing and operational synergy initiatives to completion and report out OPEX and EBITDA impacts via a dashboard.
- Build and manage a comprehensive supplier and part/commodity database across the global business and provide recommendations to vertical leadership on supplier and/or commodity synergy opportunities.
- Lead strategic acquisition synergy discussions monthly, calculate and record EBITDA impacts, and publish monthly via dashboard.
- Engage and collaborate with customers, suppliers, site leaders, and executives to determine the right course of action to solve business problems and meet objectives.
- Influence functional support teams and site operations to evolve practices that improve customer service and supplier partnerships.

Skills, Knowledge, and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- APICS, CPIM, or similar supply chain certification preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain analysis, or procurement is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and inventory management tools
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling); experience with dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and seniority levels
- Experience leading or supporting implementation projects with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and cost/benefit analysis
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
