Overview

Hillandale Golf Course is a high-volume public facility in the heart of Durham, NC, offering a full range of services, including lessons, clinics, merchandise, club sales, fittings, and club repairs.

We are seeking an outgoing, customer-focused individual to join our Pro Shop staff to assist our customers in the many offerings at Hillandale.

Essential Responsibilities

Customer Service - Strong interpersonal skills with experience in retail, hospitality, or a service-oriented role.

Phone & Booking Systems - Ability to answer inquiries, book tee times, and manage reservations efficiently.

Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems - Proficiency in processing transactions, handling cash, and balancing registers.

Data Entry & Record Keeping - Attention to detail for maintaining customer records, tracking inventory, and logging transactions.
