THE ROLE
As an FNP or PA at BlueSleep, you will:
Conduct telemedicine consultations to evaluate patients presenting with sleep apnea, snoring, insomnia, and other sleep disorders
Review and interpret home sleep test (HST) results
Develop individualized treatment plans including CPAP therapy, oral appliance therapy, and behavioral interventions
Provide ongoing patient follow-up and CPAP/MAD titration management
Collaborate with our physician, dental, and clinical operations team
Contribute to patient education and care quality initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Licensed FNP or PA in New York State (NJ and/or CT licensure and other states a plus)
2+ years of clinical experience in sleep medicine, ENT, cardiology, or primary care with significant sleep medicine exposure
Comfortable with telemedicine platforms and digital health workflows
Strong patient communication skills
Highly Preferred:
Experience with CPAP management and/or oral appliance therapy
Prior experience in a sleep lab or as a sleep technologist (RPSGT) a plus

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience ($120K–$165K+ for FT)
