Job Description

Join our Performance & Attribution team, where you'll play a key role in delivering performance, attribution, and ex-post risk analysis across LGIM Retail funds and strategies. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge investment performance systems and build expertise in multi-asset, equity, and fixed income analysis. We offer support for professional qualifications such as IMC and CFA, and a collaborative environment where your ideas can make an impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Using B-One, Scope, FactSet, State Street, Lipper, Morningstar and in-house systems to calculate performance, attribution and ex-post statistics
• Assisting in the calculation, monitoring and publishing of GIPS composites in line with standards
• Producing regular MI and Board reports
• Handling retail performance queries including ABOR/IBOR reconciliation issues
• Completing tasks within agreed deadlines while adhering to procedures and controls
• Developing and maintaining processes to meet client requirements
• Supporting new projects to improve accuracy, efficiency and productivity
• Enhancing reporting processes using coding languages such as Excel/VBA/SQL/Python
