Your new role
The Payroll Officer is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services across multiple business entities. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity, supporting stakeholders, and upholding high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Process payroll accurately and within required timeframes across all group entities.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and internal governance processes.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Provide high-quality support and guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Apply strong attention to detail, urgency, and precision in all tasks.
• Uphold professional presentation and contribute to a clean, safe, and respectful work environment.
• Engage with the broader team to support continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
You must demonstrate Payroll processing experience in a multi-site, award-based environment, have a strong understanding payroll tax, STP, and superannuation obligations. Exceptional organisational skills, precision, and analytical capability are a must, along with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate at all levels.
