Experience Required

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading and unloading bags, preparing them for play, answering questions, and providing post-round support.
• Promote club events and information to enhance guest experience.
• Marshal carts, track usage, and ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Set up practice areas.
• Collaborate with other golf operations staff for efficient service.
