Description

• Previous experience as a Caddie Master, caddie, or in golf operations preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• High level of professionalism and customer service mindset
• Knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and pace-of-play standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
• Physically able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Strong interpersonal skills with members, guests, and staff
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team

• Passion for the game of golf and private club culture

• Manage all daily outside service and caddie operations, including scheduling, training, and caddie assignments
• Recruit, train, and mentor outside staff and caddies to ensure high standards of professionalism, course knowledge, and etiquette
• Maintain clear communication with the Golf Professional Staff regarding tee times, events, and daily/caddie needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests requesting caddies.
• Ensure proper care and handling of member and guest golf bags and equipment.
• Enforce club policies, dress code, pace-of-play standards, and customer service expectations.
• Track staff performance, attendance and availability.
• Assist with tournament and special event operations.
• Handle caddie and outside service member feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment within the caddie program and outside service team.
